well i decided i do a search on google with the phrase “rate my”. God now i wish i didnt. Theres everything and anything out there. The only one that interested me was this one ratemyproffesor.com. They have three ‘schools’ in Cork mentioned despite that one is an IT, another a University and the other a College of Further Education. I hate american terminology! Speakers from all the main political parties willparticipate in a protest march in Cork this Saturday,12 August. The march will start at Daunt Square at 2:00 PMand proceed along Patrick Street and Lavittt’s Quayto Emmet Place. Well after an eventful long weekend (me out every night wooooooo!) Cork Pride came to a close yesterday. The highlight for the week had to be the Parade on Sunday through Cork City. It was fantastic. The reaction was excellent as we urned the city into a riot of colour and sound with floats, buses, cars and a 250ft Pride flag! Within the last 12 months the Government has held one cabinet meeting in Cork City after which the Taoiseach announced that the ‘Government was committed to Cork’. The question is; is the Government really committed to Cork? At the last general election the Government promised that there would be extra Gardaí on the streets.
