Irish used for the first time in the EU

I though Sinn Fein would have used it in the Parliament by now, but it was in fact first used in the Committee of the Regions by Seamus Murray, leader of the Irish delegation and member of Meath County Council and a member of the Union for a Europe of the Nations-European Alliance group (UEN-EA)
